Orders & pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.

All sales final

All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are governed solely by our Shipping & Returns policy — size exchanges or store credit only, with no monetary refunds. By purchasing, you accept that policy.

Chargebacks & payment disputes

Placing an order creates a binding agreement and confirms your acceptance of these Terms and our policies. If you have any issue with an order, you agree to contact us first at contact@eternal18fashion.com and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it before initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, or bank claim.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us, or for a reason already covered by our posted policies (including sizing, change of mind, or "all sales final" purchases), is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud. We retain records of your order, your acceptance of these Terms, and delivery/tracking confirmation, and will submit that evidence to contest unwarranted disputes. Delivery confirmation constitutes proof of fulfilment. We reserve the right to refuse future service, recover amounts owed (including fees and reasonable costs), and pursue any remedy available under law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Products and this site are provided "as is" beyond the rights expressly stated in our policies.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hashir Nadeem Inc., its officers, and the Eternal18 brand from any claims, losses, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Shelby County, Tennessee, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Seller of record

Eternal18 is a brand operated by Hashir Nadeem Inc., a Tennessee corporation. References to "we," "us," and "our" in these Terms mean Hashir Nadeem Inc. All orders placed through eternal18fashion.com are sold and fulfilled by Hashir Nadeem Inc., and your purchase forms a binding agreement with Hashir Nadeem Inc. Card payments are processed by Stripe and may appear on your statement as ETERNAL18.
